License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Sounds of Frank, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Permitted Use

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license.
  • You may use the samples, presets, loops, and vocals in your own musical compositions.
  • You may release, distribute, and monetize your music created with our sounds without additional fees or royalties.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not resell, share, rent, distribute, sublicense, or make the samples, loops, or presets available in their original form.
  • You may not include our products in any competing sample packs, preset packs, or libraries.
  • You may not upload our products to any file-sharing, torrent, or resale platforms.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in and to the sounds remain the property of Sounds of Frank. You are purchasing a license to use the sounds, not the ownership of the sounds themselves.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of technical issues with the files.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sounds of Frank is not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the products.

Mit dem Kauf, Download oder der Nutzung eines Produkts von Sounds of Frank stimmen Sie den folgenden Bedingungen zu:

1. Erlaubte Nutzung

  • Sie erhalten eine nicht-exklusive, nicht-übertragbare, weltweite Lizenz.
  • Sie dürfen die Samples, Presets, Loops und Vocals in Ihren eigenen Musikproduktionen verwenden.
  • Sie dürfen Musik, die mit unseren Sounds erstellt wurde, veröffentlichen, vertreiben und monetarisieren, ohne zusätzliche Gebühren oder Tantiemen zu zahlen.

2. Einschränkungen

  • Sie dürfen die Produkte nicht weiterverkaufen, teilen, vermieten, verteilen oder in ihrer Originalform weitergeben.
  • Sie dürfen unsere Produkte nicht in konkurrierenden Samplepacks, Preset-Paketen oder Libraries verwenden.
  • Sie dürfen unsere Produkte nicht auf File-Sharing-, Torrent- oder Weiterverkaufsplattformen hochladen.

3. Eigentum

Alle Rechte, Titel und Interessen an den Sounds verbleiben im Eigentum von Sounds of Frank. Sie erwerben eine Lizenz zur Nutzung der Sounds, nicht das Eigentum an den Sounds selbst.

4. Rückerstattungen

Da es sich um digitale Produkte handelt, sind alle Verkäufe endgültig. Rückerstattungen erfolgen nur bei technischen Problemen mit den Dateien.

5. Haftungsbeschränkung

Sounds of Frank übernimmt keine Verantwortung für Schäden, Verluste oder Ansprüche, die durch die Nutzung oder den Missbrauch der Produkte entstehen.
