If you can’t access the files, the download is corrupted/incomplete, or the files don’t work as described, contact us within 14 days. We’ll fix it, provide a replacement, or refund you if the issue cannot be resolved.

Digital Products

Since we only offer digital downloads, the following applies:

According to §356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal expires once the delivery of the digital content has begun, provided the consumer has given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Consent Before Purchase

Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to agree to the following:

“I expressly agree that the execution of the contract shall begin before the withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the download starts.”

By confirming this, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

What Refunds Are Not Granted For

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Personal taste / “not my style”
  • Lack of technical knowledge or production skills
  • Compatibility issues caused by unsupported or outdated software/hardware (unless explicitly stated as supported)

Wenn der Download nicht erreichbar ist, Dateien beschädigt/unvollständig sind oder nicht wie beschrieben funktionieren, melde dich innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Wir lösen das Problem, stellen Ersatz bereit oder erstatten, falls es nicht lösbar ist.

Digitale Produkte

Da wir ausschließlich digitale Downloads anbieten, gilt Folgendes:

Gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB und der EU-Verbraucherrechterichtlinie erlischt das Widerrufsrecht, sobald mit der Bereitstellung der digitalen Inhalte begonnen wurde, sofern der Verbraucher ausdrücklich zugestimmt und seine Kenntnis vom Verlust des Widerrufsrechts bestätigt hat.

Einwilligung vor dem Kauf

Vor Abschluss des Kaufs wirst du gebeten, Folgendem zuzustimmen:

„Ich stimme ausdrücklich zu, dass mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen wird. Mir ist bekannt, dass ich mein Widerrufsrecht verliere, sobald der Download startet.“

Mit dieser Bestätigung verzichtest du auf dein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht.

Keine Erstattung bei

  • Meinungsänderung nach Bereitstellung/Download
  • Geschmackssache („nicht mein Style“)
  • Fehlender Erfahrung/Know-how im Umgang mit DAWs/Samples
  • Kompatibilitätsproblemen durch nicht unterstützte oder veraltete Hard-/Software (sofern nicht als unterstützt angegeben)
